REFUND POLICY
We want you to love everything you order from Racetrakexpress. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it. Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags still attached
• Free from perfume, deodorant, or any other scents

To start a return, email us at Shopngostore247@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale/clearance items
• Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer

Wrong or damaged items

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Shopngostore247@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you immediately — no questions asked.
