Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Return
- Email us at shopngo247@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions within 24–48 hours
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange. Follow the same process above and let us know what you'd like instead.

- Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
